When we create the issues under the project, the A unique issue key will be is generated for each issue.So when we perform the cloning of , when the issues are created under the project. When you clone the issue from one project to another projectthe other, the a new issue key will be is generated for the cloned issues based on the serial .
and if we delete any issue then particular issue key will be deleted.number of the issue key. You also notice that the order of the issues is different in the source and target projects, as shown in the following image:
