Prerequisite for resolution
To address the issue, it is important to ensure that the affected user possesses the required Global Permissions.
Follow the steps provided below to check:
Go Navigate to the Global permission i.e. ☸️ → Setting → Global Permission and make sure Global Permissions (☸️> Setting > Global Permission) of the Confluence instance.
Confirm that the user has holds both Personal Space and Create Space permissions .
Copy the space by selecting the permission option “as illustrated in the below screenshot:
