This page is about Time to SLA for Jira Cloud.

In a report, charts go a long way in illustrating findings that are clear and concise. With SLA Durations Report, you can create:

  • Bar chart reports

  • Stacked bar chart reports

  • Line chart reports

Here you can see all the options you have when creating a new SLA Durations Report.

  1. Chart Interval – Allows you to set the time period for your report. Options are: Custom, Last month, Past one month, Past three months, etc.

  2. Chart Type – You can create two types of charts: Line and Bar.

  3. X Axis – Choose whether SLA Start Time, SLA End Time, or SLA Deadline will be on your X-Axis.

  4. Y Axis – Select if your Y-Axis will be Days, Hours, Minutes, or Seconds.

  5. Period – The data on the chart can be displayed monthly or weekly.

To create an SLA Durations Report:

  1. Go to SLA Reports.

  2. Click Report Type and select SLA Durations Report.

  3. Select Filter Type to limit the scope of your issues by utilizing either Project, JQL, or Issue Filters.

  4. Select the SLAs you want to generate the report for. Keep in mind that the menu displays all of your SLAs, both enabled and disabled. Leave blank to include them all.

  5. Click Chart Interval to set a time period for your report.

  6. Customize the report to your needs by selecting ➕ More, Format, and/or adding Columns.

  7. Click Generate to create your SLA Durations Report.

Note

When filtering for your report, you cannot use slaFunctions for JQL search. Instead, click the ➕More button to narrow down your SLAs in the report.
