Calculates how many times the issue has been resolved so far.

The Resolved Counter Custom Field calculates the total number of resolutions times an issue has been resolved so far based on the resolution field. The issue's resolution field should be changed from EMPTY to a value in order to be counted as a resolution.

This custom field allows teams to keep track of the number of times an issue has reached a resolved state, providing insights into the frequency of issue resolutions. It can be useful for measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's issue resolution process.
