This article explains how to use a field function as a URL using the Reports and Timesheets for the Jira app. 

Instructions

1. Create a custom field of type URL and give any name, for example, test, as shown in the below screenshot:

2. Create a calculated field. Give a name of
   1. Go to the AIO Reports → My Area → My Calculated Fields. Click on Create New Field
   2. Give any name to the calculated field.
   You can give any name. Add

   given as an example. Please replace
   1. in the Expression builder as given in the below example.
   2. Replace it with your custom field Portal URL

2. Then include the calculated field in the AIO report and execute the report. The report will show the results where the calculated field value is clickable.
