You can Import CSV file to create or update teams. Multiple teams can be imported from a single CSV file.
Importing CSV file to create or update teams
To import a CSV file in the Jira Data Center and Cloud instance, follow the steps below:

Navigate to My Area → My Teams from the top navigation bar. This page lists all the teams created by you and teams shared with you by other users at your organization (if any).
Click Import Teams.
Select the CSV file and click Open.
The CSV file is imported. For reference, here, the Service Desk team is updated to delete add a team member, the team name QA team is renamed with QAteamto ‘QA Team’, and a new team COE is created.
You can Import a CSV file in the Jira Cloud instance using the same steps illustrated above. Ensure to provide the Jira Account ID in CSV for the Member Account ID.
The Export Teams and Import Teams option gets displayed only after creating a team. |
