A task is overdue when its end date has passed (end date < today), but the task is not completed yet.

The overdue feature works for:

  • Tasks with start and end dates defined

  • Tasks with an end date, but without a start date

The overdue tasks feature does NOT work for:

  • Tasks without start and end dates

  • Tasks with a start date, but no end date

  • Tasks without statuses or with empty statuses

  1. Navigate to the Gantt module.

  2. Click the View menu icon in the top-left corner.

  3. Check the Overdue option.
