Non-working days | Non-working days are blocked out in grey in the calendar. |
| Exception to the non-working days blocked out in grey - days that normally would be non-working are marked with a white circle with a grey background. |
Fixed holidays | Fixed holidays are marked with a red circle. |
Floating holidays | Floating holidays are marked with a blue circle. |
Default status | Code name of the plan = DEFAULT You cannot delete the default holiday plan (you can only edit it). You cannot assign the default status to a different holiday plan. You cannot change the code name of a default holiday plan.

Start date | Holiday plans are applied to a time period. Start date must be provided. You can use a future date to assign a holiday plan to a user. |
End date | End date is calculated automatically. When a new holiday plan assignment is added, the start date of a new assignment sets the end date of the previous holiday plan assignment.  Image Added |
