If you run into errors during the authorization process (being shown a monday.com login screen instead of the authorization page, error 403 - Forbidden, seeing monday.com screen inside 7pace view), it is likely caused by a gap in  the monday.com desktop app app that does not allow users to grant authorization to marketplace apps.

As a workaround, please open your web browser and authorize 7pace there. Then, only then you can proceed with using 7pace in the monday.com desktop app - see our app—see our authorization guide.
