The Phone Number ID is needed to indicate which phone number will send messages to WhatsApp from Jira.

Step 1: Find Phone Number ID on Meta for Developers
In your app, go to WhatsApp > Getting Started.
Copy Phone Number ID under the test phone number.
Step 2: Add Phone Number ID to Chat
Open your project, and click Project Settings > Chat Settingsfor JSM > WhatsApp Business.
Copy the Phone Number ID into the required field.
