Use Case Example - The page is moved after being approved

Along with Comala WorkflowsDocument Management, Power Scripts Scripts™ for Confluence can now “listen” for when a page state is changed via Comala WorkflowsDocument Management, the listener will trigger the script that automatically moves will move the pages to the appropriate parent pages. 

  1. To create a script, go to Confluence Administration >

    SIL™ Manager in

    CPRIME TOOLS

    section

    > SIL™ Manager. 

  2. Add the script that will add a new label to all

    of the

    child pages of the selected parent page.

  3. To create a SIL™ listener, go to Confluence Administration >

    SIL™ Listeners in

    CPRIME TOOLS

    section and

    > SIL™ Listeners, and click Add Listener
