Create a new Jira user (a suggested username would be "SF Integration User").
This Jira user will be used exclusively as an integration user for the Connector.Go to the Salesforce menu > Settings.
On the Settings screen, go to the pull-down menu and search for the Jira user you created in Step 1.
After selecting the Jira user you want as an integration user, click on the Save button that has just appeared on appears in the top-right corner.
