Confluence administrators can access a full paginated list of all secure content blocks systemwide. As this can be an extensive list, you can filter by key and owner to view the required secure content blocks.

As long as the administrator has access to each secure content block, the Key field provides a clickable link to the secure the secure content block editor so you can make edits without having to locate the secure content block on referenced pages.

Transfer ownership to any user
Now, administrators can transfer ownership of a secure content block to any other Confluence user in the system. To transfer ownership, click the user icon, type the name of the user and save it.

After transferring the ownership of secure content block, the administrator gets the popup notification. Also, previous and new owner get the notifications as shown:
