Confluence administrators can access a full paginated list of all secure content blocks systemwide. As this can be an extensive list, you can filter by key and owner to view the required secure content blocks.

Applicable for Data CenterA Confluence administrator can block all activities on all apps with the read-only mode. If the Read-only field under Maintenance is selected, all of the app components are disabled. Thus, unless the secure content secure content is implicitly rendered, the block itself and all its buttons are greyed out, and an error message is displayed about the mode being active.  |

Editable links
As long as the administrator has access to each secure content block, the Key field provides a clickable link to the secure the secure content block editor so you can make edits without having to locate the secure content block on referenced pages.

Transfer ownership to any user
Now, administrators can transfer ownership of a secure content block to any other Confluence user in the system. To transfer ownership, click the user icon, type the name of the user and save it.
