This article explains how to use a field function as a URL using the Reports and Timesheets for Jira app.
Instructions
- Create a custom field of type URL and give any name(for example test) as shown in the below screenshot.
- Create a calculated field. Give a any name of for the calculated field. You can give any name. Add Add the custom field of field of the type URL field given as an in the Expression builder as given in the below example. Please replace Replace it with your custom field Portal URL. Find below screenshot for reference.
- Then include the calculated field in the AIO report and execute the report. The report will show the results where the calculated field value is clickable. Refer to the below screenshot for reference.
