When we create the issues under the project, the issue key will be generated for each issue. So when we perform the cloning of the issue from one project to another project, the new issue key will be generated for the cloned issues based on the serial .
and if we delete any issue then particular issue key will be deleted.issue key. In case if the issue got deleted from the source project and then if we perform cloning the issues from one project to another then we notice the difference in issue key numbers in the target project as it is will generate new issue key based on the serial in the target project.
