This article explains how to clone an issue that has linked issues using the custom Clone+ or Clone++ options from the original issue.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Settings > Manage Apps > Select Clone Plus app and enable the custom clone options as shown in the below screenshot:

2. Navigate to Settings > Manage Apps > BOB SWIFT CONFIGURATION > Clone Plus  and make sure that Clone Plus Configuration properties file exists.

   Go to the Jira issue , make sure it which has linked issues before the cloning operationand you want to clone the issue. Click on More and click on Custom Clone++ option from the drop-down as shown below:
   Image Removed.  Here the Custom Clone++ is the custom1 customization. If the custom1 is not enabled then you can enable the customization, as shown in step # 4.

3. Select Copy links option (as shown below) on the cloning screen and click Create.

4. After the cloning operation is done, you can see that the linked issues are linked to the newly created issue.

5. Navigate to Settings > Manage Apps > Select Clone Plus app and enable the custom options as shown in the below screenshot:

6. Navigate to Settings > Manage Apps > BOB SWIFT CONFIGURATION > Clone Plus.
