Sorting limitation There is a limitation on how many sorting configurations can be preserved for a single user. Issue Matrix can maintain 500 sorting configurations for a single user per Jira Cloud site. For example, if there are 500 Issue Matrices in a Jira Cloud site and each had been sorted by the same user previously, no new sorting criteria can be preserved. However, if that user resets the sorting of any of the Issue Matrices with the Reset to default sort order button and performs new sorting afterward, the new sorting criteria will be preserved. |
