The data displayed in the Rich Filter dashboard and in the Rich Filters Rich filter gadgets can be exported in one of the following formats:
- PDF – contains the screenshots of the active charts and basic summary
- Excel – contains the data that underpins the gadgets along with basic summary in excel format
- CSV – contains the data that underpins the gadgets along with basic summary in csv format
PDF, Excel (.xlsx), and CSV. The exported data preserves the constraints filtering selected in the Rich Filter Controller and in the gadget configuration. You Users can export the content of a single gadget or the content of the entire dashboard, containing all the gadgets in the dashboard.

The content of each any rich filter gadget can be exported , by clicking the export button located in the bottom footer of the gadget. The following images display the export scenario for a Rich Filter Flexi Chart gadget, but the functionality is similar for the gadgets.
In order to export the content of the Rich Filter Flexi Chart gadget, click the export button located in the bottom of the gadget and choose the desired export format.

PDF export
The exported PDF document contains the screenshot of the active chart along with the quick table. This way the document contains both the diagram and the tabular format of the data.
Beside that, the document contains the chart summary, like the total number of issues and statistics criteria, and also document information like the exported date, the name of the user that exported the document and page numbers.

Excel export
The exported Excel document contains the Flexi Chart data in tabular format. The primary breakdown is exported as the lines of the table, while the secondary breakdown is exported as the columns.

The configuration selected in the gadget is also maintained in the Excel file. For example, if the cumulative trend is used as the aggregation type, then the total of the columns displayed in the downloaded file represents the cumulative trend total and not the Excel total which is the sum of all elements in the column. |

Exporting the entire dashboard can be done from the Rich Filter Controller gadget by clicking the export button options located in the bottom footer of the gadget and selecting the desired export format:

PDF export
The generated document contains all the active charts in the gadget in the order they are displayed in the dashboard from up to bottom and left to right. For each gadget the content of the individual gadget export is included.
In the next example, a dashboard containing .... was exported in a PDF format:

Excel export
The generated document contains all the active charts in the gadget in the order they are displayed in the dashboard from up to bottom and left to right. Each gadget is displayed in a separate tab containing the same data as the individual gadget export.
In the next example, a dashboard containing .... was exported in an Excel format:

The exported file will contain all the rich filter gadgets available in the dashboard and which are based on the same rich filter as the controller. Also, the exported data preserves the filtering as selected in the controller.
