The Resolution Time report charts the minimum, average and maximum time for issues to be transitioned from the Open status to the Resolved status.

If you need a more advanced version of this report, or if you need to use a different combination of statuses than those supported here, see the Time from Status to Status report.

Info

When reporting time in units of hours, only the sum of hours is shown, irrespective of whether the hours are distributed across non-workdays or non-work hours.

 For example, if the total hours amount to 36 hours, the calendar displays 36 hours and not 4.5 days because each work day is eight work hours.
