  1. Navigate to Jira > AIO Tableau Pro > My Connector URL.

  2. Add the Tableau Web Data Connector URL generated by Tableau Connector Pro for Jira app to Tableau Desktop as a Data Source to import the data into Tableau. For more information, refer to My Connector URL.

  3. A form is displayed with Jira and JSM fields. The Insight Attributes and Insight Types displays the Insight field list.

  4. To import the Insight data from Jira, you need to set up the Email and API Token once. You can Change API Token for Connectors if required. To provide the details, click Email and API Token.

  5. Specify the JQL and select the required Insight fields to be imported into Tableau. For more information, refer to Import into Tableau.

  6. The selected fields get imported in a table format in Tableau.
