Installation

CallCenter for JIRA Jira Service Desk Management is available through the Atlassian Marketplace. Install it through the Universal Plugin Manager in JIRAJira. 

Once installed, the administrator can access the CallCenter for JIRA Jira Service Desk Management configuration pages by choosing Add-ons from the JIRA Jira administration menu and then locating the CallCenter for JIRA Service DeskManagement section in the left sidebar.
