Navigate to My Area → My Teams from the top navigation bar. This page lists all the teams created by you and teams shared with you by other users at your organization (if any).
Click Import Teams.
Select the CSV file and click Open.
The CSV file is imported. For reference, here the Service Desk team is updated to delete a team member, the QA team is renamed with QAteam, and a new team COE is created.
You can Import a CSV file in the Jira Cloud instance using the same steps illustrated above. Ensure to provide the Jira Account ID in CSV for the Member Account ID.
