1. Go ahead and open any SAVED FILTERS accessible from the sidebar in the Search Salesforce screen.
2. Click on Public share and you will get a confirmation message that filter has been successfully shared.
3. You will also notice that the SAVED FILTERS will now have a globe icon attached to the filter name.
4. In the example below
   1. Image 1: Shows the toggle to share the filter.
   2. Image 2: Shows the message once the filter has been shared.
   3. Image 3: Shows that the icon will change from the lock icon to a globe icon.

Editing a Saved Filter

1. Click on a saved filter and modify any fields of the filter.

2. Click Save changes to confirm the changes made.
