8. Select SLA(s) to calculate the duration, or leave it blank if you want to include all SLAs.

9. Select Time Interval (y-axis time interval) to set a time unit for the duration. Options are Seconds, Minutes, Hours, and Days.

10. Select Chart Type (see graph types in step 14).Graph Type (Bar, Line). (See graph types below.)

11. Create a Custom Gadget Title. This custom title will be displayed on top of the gadget.

12. Select Refresh Interval.

13. Click Save.
