Events that Trigger Synchronization
The Connector will trigger updates to a Salesforce Object automatically because the Listener in the connector is
enableenabled by default
basebased on the mapping fields configured by the administrator.
This is a list of events captured by the Listener and
triggertriggers the "Push Change to Remote System" function:
- Issue Updated
- Issue Assigned
- Issue Resolved
- Issue Closed
- Issue Worklog Updated
- Issue Worklog Deleted
- Issue Work Logged
- Issue Reopened
- Issue Started
- Issue Stopped
- Issue Generic Event
- Custom Event
In other words, it will

Synchronization

- The end user will not notice if an error has occurred, unless they manually 'push changes' because "pushed changes". At this point, a general error message will appear on screen.
- The error will normally will be captured in Connector Diagnostics and and a notification email will be sent to the "jira-administrators" group of users
