Events that Trigger Synchronization 


The Connector will trigger updates to a Salesforce Object automatically because the Listener in the connector is

Errors


  1. The end user will not notice if an error has occurred, unless they manually 'push changes' because "pushed changes". At this point, a general error message will appear on screen.
  2. The error will normally will be captured in Connector Diagnostics and  and a notification email will be sent to the "jira-administrators" group of users
