Calculates how many times the issue has been resolved and then reopened so far. |
The Reopened Counter Custom Field calculates how many times the the number of times an issue has been resolved and then reopened so far. This is based on the resolution field, which needs to be changed from a value to EMPTY.
This custom field helps in identifying how often resolved issues are reopened for further work or reevaluation. It enables teams to monitor the number of times an issue requires additional attention after it has been marked as resolved.
To create a Reopened Counter Custom

Field, follow these steps:
Navigate to Apps > Enhancer Plugin

tab on the left-hand side of the dialogue.
Select Reopened Counter, then

This custom field can be used to sort or search in issue navigator.

Once created, the Reopened Counter Custom Field can be used for sorting and searching in the issue navigator, allowing you to filter and find issues based on how many times they’ve been reopened.
