Updating Issue Matrix for Jira Cloud

Automatic updates

If the newnew Issue Matrix for Jira Cloud version  version is backward compatible, the update to your Jira Cloud site will happen automatically and transparent transparently to you. All customer instances are updated over a period of up to 33 hours after publishing the release.

  1. Click the Apps menu on the Jira Cloud main menu.

  2. On the Manage apps page, type Issue Matrix in the search field.

  3. After the Issue Matrix for Jira Cloud app appears, click the Uninstall button to remove the app.

  4. After confirmation, the Issue Matrix for Jira Cloud app will be uninstalled.
