when I click on create a project from the template it spins for a few seconds but then does nothing, and the create button appears again.

1. Verify If the creating user does not have create permission and if you are noticing in the logs.

2. request the user to remove groups from all the groups under “Permission settings” and add them again in “Groups that can CREATE new projects”

3. Check if the “Create project from template” button is displaying or not and then add the group to other groups in the “permission settings” and check. please try multiple times if it didn’t work for the first time.
