When you install Issue History Collector (cloud), you can monitor the tickets history, age, and assignees in the tabs inside the Activity → Comments glance.

User/Status Statistics tab displays how long each user worked on the ticket when it was in each of the statuses.
Status/User Statistics Statistics
Status/User Statistics tab displays how much time was spent on a ticket by each user. This tab displays the same information but it's grouped by ticket statuses.
