  1. Go to Jira > Reports and Timesheets > Reports > My Reports > Create new Report.

  2. The Report Designer interface opens when you create a report using a template or build one from scratch. To create a new report, click Create new Report. For more information, refer to Report Templates.

  3. Select the Report type as List(selected by default)

  4. Click on the fields in the left hand side fields selector to add them to the report

    1. Project > Project Name

    2. Users >Current Assignee Name

    3. Service Desk > Time to first response: Elapsed, Time to first response: Remaining, Time to first response: Target, Escalated Contact: Name.

    4. Click on the Field settings icon for Time to first response: Remaining

      1. Change the Unit = Hours, Aggregate = Average

  5. Click Run
