This helps you to see useless permissions within projects. For example, it warns you when:
-users don’t have JIRA Jira Users global permission, but they have some other permissions.

-users can create issues on the project but they can’t see them (they don’t have the Browse Projects permission).
When JIRA Jira is private , it warns you when group “Anyone” is in Global Permission. This means that even if you don’t want public users to login, Anyone can take advantage of global permissions.
