Installing and uninstalling our apps is a standard procedure, and you can do that via Universal Plugin Manager

If you are not familiar with (UPM)

Uninstalling via Universal Plugin Manager

1) Log in as administrator and go to Jira Administration in the right up section of the page

2) Click on the `Add-ons` menu link ant then the Manage Add-ons section

3) Search for `Rights DNA` app in `User Installed Plugins` section and click on `Uninstall` button

4) Press `Continue` when the uninstall confirmation dialog box appears

Optionally, you can provide feedback on the reason why you uninstalled the app.

5) A message "successfully uninstalled" should appear

  1. Log into your Jira as Admin.
  2. Go to Jira Administration > Add-ons.

3. Click Manage Add-ons.

4. Locate Rights DNA in the list of your installed apps or use search. 
5. Click Uninstall.

Manual Uninstalling

In addition to using UPM, you can also uninstall the app manually.

Note

To do this, you must have access to the server where Jira has been installed.

  1. Go to the folder where Jira server has been installed.
  2. Access <JIRA_APPLICATION_DATA>/plugins/installed-plugins and manually delete Rights DNA app.
  3. Restart Jira server.
