Configure the application link for report subscriptions

  • When you navigate to My Reports > Email this report, If the application link has not been configured, you will see the Application link needed dialog box with instructions for setting it up. For more information, refer to Configure the Application link (Jira hosted only).

  • After setting up the link, the report subscription form is displayed.

  • The subscription reports have a limit of fetching a maximum number of 100,000 issues only.

  • The subscription run status shows a failed message if the report tries to pull more than 100,000 issues. If you want to fetch more than 100,000 issues, then it is recommended to break the report into smaller reports using JQL.
