Create a legal documentSelect the Number Headings macro

1. Navigate to the business document where you want to add the heading numbers.

2. Click . The Number Headings macro is displayed.

Step 2

Customize the heading

1. Choose the numbering format from the Number format drop-down menu. In this example, we choose Decimal as the number format for our document.

2. Click Save.

Step 3

Publish the page

A warning message is displayed, and once the heading number is added an information message is displayed.

Then, refresh the page, the heading number is displayed.

Step 4

Repeat steps one, two and three to add heading numbers to other technical papers/ research thesis.
