isPublicJSDComment(jsdCommentId)

Checks if the provided comment is internal or external if it's external will return true. Otherwise return false. |
Parameters:

jsdCommentId | Yes | The id of the JSD comment |
Return type:
boolean (true/false)
If the comment is public the routine will return true otherwise it will return false.
Example:
