To collaborate on the same gadgets with the same datasource, create a new datasource with the permission of “My organization.” Thus, any logged user in that instance can use that datasource.
1. Navigate to Apps > >> Dashboard Hub
2. Click on Three dots next to the Edit button >> Select Add Datasource

4. Add Name and Instance URL >> Set permissions to organization
5. Click Add

Click Edit >> Select Configure to update the gadget
...
Select the datasource from the dropdown >> Click Save
