Browse Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ in browser.
Select Products on the top tab.
On the left side panel select the website.
Again, on the left side panel, select Portal-Only customers.
Search for Anonymous Chat User
Select the three Dots (…) and click Grant access
Now you will be able to save the settings on chat for JSM Project settings.
