To create a First/Last Public Comment Date Custom Field 

• Navigate to to Jira Admin > Add-ons Manage Apps > Enhancer Plugin For Jira Menu > Custom Field Configuration and go to the Date tabFields (JEP).
• Click on the Image Removedthe Image Added button.Fill in the dialog box:

• Pick JEP - Click on the Date tab on the left-hand side of the dialogue. 
• Select First Public Comment Date or JEP - Last Public Comment Date in the , then click Add custom field drop-down menu.Create a .

• Fill in the dialog box:

  • Create a name for the custom field.

• And then click on the Add Custom Save Custom Field button. That's it.

This custom field can be used to sort or search in issue navigator.
