Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards is an extension of of the Rich Filters for Jira for Jira Dashboards app. This extension adds functionality specific to Jira Service Management on top of to the existing rich filters. If you are not already familiar with the rich filters, you should first have a look at Please check the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards documentation before you proceed.

This page extends The Rich Filter Time Series Chart Gadget page from the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards documentation. If you’re not sure how the Rich Filter Time Series Chart gadget works, you should check that page first.

Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards provides new options for the Rich Filter Time Series Chart gadget, which allow you to display time series based on SLA fields:

  • see how the number of issues with SLA Completed, Met, or Breached has evolved over time

  • see how the SLA %Met or %Breached ratios have evolved over time 

  • see how the SLA Average durations have evolved over time

Value Type

Two new Value type options are available besides Issue Count and Numeric Sum, which existed already:

  • Percentage: if this option is selected, then the user can display time series based on SLA %Met and SLA %Breached ratios

  • SLA Average: if this option is select, then the user can display a time series based on the average SLA duration

Time Series

Depending on the selected Value Type, the user can select time series based on SLA values:

  • if the Value Type is Issue count,

then
  • the user can select time series with values such as SLA Completed, SLA Met, and SLA Breached. These can be combined with other time series with Issue Count value type

  • based on dates such as Created or Resolved.
    if the Value Type is Percentage, then the user can select time series with values such as SLA %Met and SLA %Breached

  • if the Value Type is SLA Average, then the user can select time series with SLA Average values
