The Locations column is in the usage table. When you click on the Location (
) button there, Power Admin shows you where and how the particular element is used in a workflow. To review the locations:
Log in as a user with the Jira System Administrators global permission.
Navigate to the top right of the screen and choose Jira Settings > Configuration Manager.
In the menu on the left, click Power Admin.
On Power Admin's Search Home page, choose a configuration element type: custom field, app, screen, or issue type.
Choose an element used in a workflow and open its usage page.
Click the
button in the Locations column.
