On the Search page with results, you use the filter called Projects. You can choose between the options None and Selected in the filter itself.

With the None filter option, you can find all configuration elements which that are not used in any project.

With the Selected projects filteroption, you can find all configuration elements which that are used in selected Jira projects. 

Selected projects

To find configuration elements used in specific projects:

  1. On Power Admin'sLanding page, select object type and start searching.

  2. On the Search results page, click on the Projects filter.

  3. Then, on Select the Selected tab and choose projects and click one or more projects.

  4. Click Update.

Power Admin finds and lists all objects used by the projects pointed by you.

After you apply the filter, you can sort the results by the Projectscolumn. If you would like to examine which configuration elements are used in most and least selected projects, click on the Projectscolumn header.

Not used in projects

  3. Then, select Select the None tab and click .

  4. Click Update.

Power Admin finds and lists all objects which are not used in any project. The filter name changes from Projects to Not Used in Projects.

Clear your filter

To clear the Projects filter:

  1. On the Projects->None/Selected, use the Clear option.

  2. Click the Update button.

  3. The filter is now disabled
