Printing labels

Note

Important Notes:

  • Ensure your label printer's page size matches the dimensions of your labels. The box of the QR must match the Label (paper) size.

  • An online unit converter can be helpful for adjusting the width and height of your QR code on the label. Here's a common conversion reference:

    • 1 inch = 96 pixels (px)

    • 1 centimeter (cm) = 37.79 px

  • If a custom QR template is not configured for an asset type, the default template will be applied.

There are three ways to print QR codes and labels:

  1. Print all assets in current search: Click Bulk operations > Print QR all on the top panel of the Asset Navigator. This will print labels for all assets displayed in the current search results.
