This condition allows only the users who are not in selected project role(s) to make a transition.
To add the User Not In Project Role(s) Condition
Go to the transition of your workflow, switch to the Conditions tab and then click on the Add Condition button.
Select JEP - Check User In Custom Field and then click the Add button.
All user custom fields will be listed in the following screen, select the one you want and click on the Add button.
That's it, the condition will now be added to the transition.
Please do not forget to publish the workflow.
