Administration > App Settings
The App Settings parameter configurations of the Data Center override all the App Settings configurations in the cloud.
The App Settings parameter configurations that are specific to the Data Center are not migrated to the cloud.

Administration > Access Permissions
For similar groups, the group’s user permission of the Data Center overrides the cloud configurations.
The configuration of the existing groups in the cloud that are not present in the Data Center remains the same.
