Filters

Filters are asset searches that have been saved for re-use. 

Create Filter

To create a new Asset Filters:

  1. Choose Assets > Asset Navigator.
  2. Refine your search, then choose the "Save as".



Filter options:

Update Filter

Open the filter and modify search and then click "Save" to change the search of the Filter. 

There are 2 ways to open (run) an asset filter.

  • "Favorite Filters" and "Filters" dropdowns
  • Filters tab on Asset Navigator


Click Details to update Filter options other then search parameters.

Click star to add filter to favorites or remove from.

To open current Asset Filters:

  1. Choose Assets > Asset Navigator.
  2. Click Filters tab

Asset admins and Jira Admins see all filters but other users only see Favorite, My and "Shared with me" filters.

Subscriptions

A subscription provides you with a periodic notification for all assets returned by the search of asset filter.


To subscribe an asset filter:

Run a filter and click Subscribe under Details


Open Filters and click Subscribe or click "n Subscriptions" and then click Subscribe


Subscription options

Select "Recipient groups" and "Send owner". At least one of them is required.

If only "Send owner" is selected, then the subscription becomes Personal.

Configure "Schedule", and a summary is displayed: i.e "At 09:30, every day"

Advanced option is for "Cron expression". Here is a good site to configure cron with advanced options.
