If you want to see the history of changes to the release or issue you can use the Activity tab in the Issue and Release reports.
How to see what was changed in the issue?
Open Swanly > Issue view
Open Issue report by clicking on the issue name on the roadmap or list view
Click on the Activity tab

Tracked changes are:
Updating issue summary
Updating issue start and end dates
Updating stage dates
Changing stage status
Changing issue template
Assigning scope
