The approver, approver requestor and the acknowledger receive notification from the Page Approval application. This guide will help you understand what types of page approval request notification is sent to you.

Notification via in-app notification

1. Click the Bell icon in the navigation bar.
   
   

2. Click the comment notification from the dropdown.

3. The page you have been mentioned in will open. The comment will include your role followed by your name. For example, "Approvers: @name". 

   • The first notification for the page will be sent by the Page Approval for Confluence app. The consequent notifications will be sent on behalf of the user who submits the approval request.

   
   

Notification via email

1. In the email, click the page's title to view the page.
   
   
2. The page you have been mentioned in will open. The comment will include your role followed by your name. For example, "Approvers: @name".
