Introduction

This guide will walk you through the process of associating a project with a mapping scheme.

The last stage is to associate one or more projects to a mapping scheme. This will need to be done for every project that you wish to be integrated with Salesforce.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to the Administration section of the application and enter your password if prompted.

  2. Go to Projects > Projects.

  3. Select the project you want to associate by clicking on the project name.
This will take you to the project details summary screen.

  4. At the bottom of this screen in the left column there will be a section called Project Mappings.
    Click on the scheme name.

  5. This will bring you to the interface where you can associate the project with a Mapping Scheme.

  6. Mapping schemes defined previously will be displayed in the Mapping Scheme drop-down menu. Select one and click Associate.

  7. You will be taken back to the project details screen.
The scheme you selected should now be displayed in the Project Mappings section.

For users on JIRA 4.3 and previous, the scheme can be changed in step 4 via the Project Mappings link which is just above the Versions management section on the project details page.
