This gadget helps you visualize the number of asset-related issues grouped by their current status and a chosen asset attribute. You can also filter by a specific date range (based on issue creation, update, or resolution).

On this page:

Step 1: Add the gadget to your dashboard

  1. Navigate to your dashboard.

  2. Click Add gadget.

  3. Locate the AIP Report - Periodic Issue statuses based on Asset attribute gadget. You might need to use the search bar if there are many gadgets available.

  4. Navigate to the gadget, and click the Add gadget button.

  5. Exit the screen.

Step 2: Configure the gadget

  1. The gadget will display on your dashboard with the following options:

    • Attribute: Select the desired asset attribute (for example, location, department, type) to categorize the issue data.

    • Date Field: Choose the date range you want to analyze (issue creation, update, or resolution date).

    • Frequency: Set the time period for data aggregation (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly).

Using the gadget

This gadget provides valuable insights into your asset health and maintenance needs. By analyzing trends in issue statuses and associating them with specific asset attributes, you can:

  • Identify areas with frequent issues.

  • Prioritize maintenance tasks.

  • Track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
