Customer complains session missing from their Asynchronous Estimations in the Session Page
Solution :
Sessions can be hidden from the sessions list by changing the Private session toggle in session configuration, as the following:
Once enabled, the customer will not be able to view it in the list of all sessions. To make the session visible, it must be disabled, and the customer must verify this option from the administration site's viewpoint.
